Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for contract administration, compliance, change management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and MIS related to contract management. Your role will involve supporting in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents, tracking compliance with statutory requirements, preparing change notifications, liaising with internal teams, and preparing periodic reports on contract status. Key Responsibilities: - Support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents and obligation registers. - Prepare summaries and circulate key contractual clauses to relevant teams. - Track compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental requirements. - Maintain accurate records of correspondence, approvals, and change orders, and ensure timely submission of notices and preparation of extension of time claims. - Assist in preparing change notifications and maintaining change order logs. - Coordinate with internal teams for timely approvals and documentation. - Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Site, and Billing teams to ensure contractual deliverables are met. - Facilitate communication between vendors and internal departments. - Prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for review by Sr. Manager and Head Contract Manager. - Update dashboards and trackers for management visibility. Qualification Required: - Graduate in Engineering. Additional Details: You should have a good understanding of contract terms, risk management basics, and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and documentation skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools like MSP and Primavera will be an advantage. Effective communication and coordination abilities are also required. Experience: - 8-10 years of experience in contract administration or project support roles. - Exposure to large-scale RE/infrastructure projects is preferred.
