Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) is a well-known acronym. However, both India and the world still have a long way to go in understanding its true civic and economic implications. About the Role: As a Content Strategist at Solinas, you will gain insight from subject matter experts into the nuances of Water and Sanitation on a national and international scale. Using these learnings, you will need to drive internal and external communications to achieve two primary outcomes: - Position us as a Social Enterprise and a WASH Thought Leader - Strengthen industrial and civic relevance for our solutions Doing these will involve conceptualizing and executing informative, credible, and appropriately creative content collaterals ranging from sales-support collateral, case studies, website material, social-media content, award and grant applications, and all other communication tools that are essential for our digital presence and overall growth.
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Solinas brand, business objectives, and impact goals.
Craft compelling narratives that translate complex technical innovations into clear, engaging, and human-centric stories.
Ensure consistent brand voice across all content touchpoints.
Create in-depth case studies that highlight real-world impact, innovation, and measurable outcomes across government and industrial projects.
Work closely with technical, BD, and project teams to extract insights and success stories.
Author and manage white papers, industry reports, and press releases that establish Solinas as a thought leader in WASH, climate tech, robotics, and digitization.
Collaborate with leadership to convert insights into authoritative content for national and global platforms.
Lead and support content creation for national and international award submissions, including: Writing compelling award narratives, impact statements, and innovation summaries
Curating evidence, case studies, and supporting documentation
Aligning submissions with award criteria, storytelling standards, and brand positioning
Work cross-functionally to identify award opportunities and strengthen Solinas’ recognition globally.
Write clear, persuasive, and SEO-optimised website copy that drives awareness, credibility, and conversion.
Continuously refine messaging based on audience insights and performance metrics.
Plan, write, and manage blog content that educates, informs, and engages stakeholders across government, industry, and sustainability ecosystems.
Translate trends, policies, and innovations into accessible, high-value content.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other platforms to strengthen Solinas’ digital presence.
Support campaigns for product launches, events, exhibitions, leadership videos, and impact initiatives.
Develop copy for brochures, flyers, presentations, and other print and offline collaterals.
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and communication goals.
Proofread and edit content created by internal teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency.
Maintain high editorial standards across all outputs.
Strategic thinker with a creative soul able to balance big-picture vision with attention to detail.
Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about storytelling in the digital and impact-driven ecosystem.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage
