Job Description

12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation and support. Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP Plant Maintenance module.
At least 4 full lifecycle SAP PM implementations in a lead role.
Strong understanding of SAP PM master data, work orders, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, and reporting.
Experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements, design functional specifications and system configuration.
Oversee and participate in blueprinting, design, testing, training, and go-live support phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, PP, FI, CO, EAM) to ensure seamless integration.
Develop and maintain system documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user training materials.
Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure system adoption.
Act as a mentor to junior SAP consultants and support team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize business processes using SAP PM.
Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
