Job Title: Testing Team Lead (Manual / Automation)
Location: Bangalore Experience: 610 years (2+ years as Lead preferred) Employment Type: Full-timeAre you passionate about ensuring top-notch product quality and leading QA teams to excellence? Were looking for a Testing Team Lead to drive our manual and automation testing efforts across multiple projects.What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor QA teams across manual and automation testing. Define and implement test strategies, plans, and quality standards. Oversee test design, execution, and defect triage. Drive automation initiatives and CI/CD integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless releases. Track QA metrics and champion continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For: 6–10 years of QA experience (with at least 2 years leading a team). Strong in manual testing & test case design. Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.). API testing (Postman, Swagger) and solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.Nice to Have: Performance testing experience (JMeter, LoadRunner). Exposure to cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure).Why Join Us?
