The Job

looking for Lead Consultant Industrial Manufacturing. experience in Industrial Manufacturing or Automotive sector - in supply chain, shopfloor operations, quality, sales/after-sales, services or projects domains as a domain / business Consultant, business analyst, product owner / proxy product owner.

• Understand complex client scenarios and functional landscape to identify problems and asses the business impact.
• Drive business workshops to define the scope and envision improvements. Define requirements and elaborate functional specifications for an IT solution. Explore AI and Gen AI interventions in the solution design.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and enablers.
• Design Business Use cases, lead Functional Architecture, re-engineer process models and integrate disparate services for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Work with Product Owners and business stakeholders to analyse requirements and prepare Product Backlog items.
• Prepare user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technology solution team from definition through deployment wearing multiple roles through the phases.
• Contribute to sales pursuits and market development initiatives, working with the sales and account teams. Build comprehensive proposals from inception to submission, owning up the domain/functional contents.
• Drive thought leadership and innovation tracks – industry solution, partnership, publication and speaker events.

Your Profile

• An MBA with 5-13 years of experience in consulting - Industrial Manufacturing.
• Experience in Automotive/Manufacturing sector - in supply chain, shopfloor operations, quality, sales/after-sales, services or projects domains – as a domain / business Consultant, business analyst, product owner / proxy product owner.
