Lead Collection - MLap

As a Collections Manager at the company, your primary role will be to oversee the collections process at a Pan India level. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing Collections Team to ensure the achievement of ECL & NCL parameters. Your duties will also involve coordinating with both internal and external collections teams, monitoring their activities, and ensuring adherence to all internal policies and regulations.
