Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, constructing, delivering, and maintaining infrastructure solutions to meet business and technical requirements. This includes architecting, deploying, and managing scalable cloud-native digital experience platforms using Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud. Your role will empower marketing teams to provide personalized, consistent, and high-performance digital experiences across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: - Designs technical solutions and collaborates with development teams to convert customer requirements into technical code or system configuration. - Develops and promotes infrastructure technology standards through automation and service-based development. - Works with cross-functional resources to build solid solution designs that meet business objectives through continuous feedback. - Ensures requirements are met and highlights any design risks. - Administers Public Cloud environments and monitors them for performance and availability. - Optimizes resource usage to reduce costs and improve performance. - Automates deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions CI/CD. - Implements Cloud solutions like Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Ali Cloud for China. - Implements cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, firewalls). - Designs and implements backup strategies. - Configures alerts and builds dashboards using Azure Monitor, with foundational knowledge of Dynatrace for performance monitoring and analysis. Qualifications: - Associate's degree from an accredited institution required. - BE / B-Tech or MCA from an accredited institution required. - Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology. - Minimum 2 years of public cloud administration experience.
