Job Description

Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy and goal for the India Cloud Recruiting team.
Foster a dynamic people-leadership role, nurturing the team's growth and extending strategic and operational support to clients and the Cloud Recruiting team.
Leverage data and market insights to influence and guide both the team and stakeholders, managing informed decision-making.
Collaborate closely with Google's executive leaders in various business units and across People Experience (PX) to comprehend and fulfill their talent requirements.
Cultivate creative thinking and effective communication to convey ideas and strategies clearly.
Implement appropriate client management and communication strategies, promoting accountability, operational excellence, and managing through effective leadership.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
At least 5 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
Proven track record of effectively setting clear goals and strategies to drive impact in dynamic environments.
Experience delivering in a complex, multi-stakeholder matrixed environment and success in collaborating with and influencing executive leaders across strategy and execution.
Experience in directly managing executive client relationships, fostering partnerships, and ensuring consistent stakeholder management.
Experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition organization for multi-region businesses, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
