As a Lead - Clearing and Settlement - Credit + Acquiring Business Operations at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing daily activities related to clearing and settlement processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Being an expert in Acquiring - Clearing & Settlement & Recon Base I and Base II, General Ledgers, Voucher preparation, Merchant Settlement, and File Staging. - Coordinating with network SPOC to manage daily BAU activities. - Utilizing MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and email effectively. - Handling escalations and resolving queries promptly. - Writing SOPs and actively participating in the audit process. - Reconciling Scheme funds received with the Scheme advisement and Statements. - Participating in UAT Processes in Various Stages of the project and working in Jira. - Preferably having worked in UAE Bank Back-office Process. In this role, it is essential for you to have: - 2-4 years of experience in Clearing and Settlement related to Merchants. - Sound domain knowledge of acquiring Clearing, Settlement, and Recon processes. - Preparation of Base I, BASE II files, Vouchers Manually through Excel. - Reconciliation of the Vouchers with the reports and Visa/Master scheme incoming funds. - Knowledge of outgoing staging file & incoming file processing. - Familiarity with file rejection, scheme rejection, outgoing v/s incoming reconciliation process, and merchant reports interpretation. Additionally, you should have technical skills including: - Experience working in Clearing Scheme tools like Visa EDIT PACKAGE, PRE EDIT/MFE. - Repairing Files/Transactions During the staging. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
