Job Description

Role Overview: As the Campus Recruitment Lead at Dezerv, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement the campus hiring strategy focusing on top MBA colleges in India. Your role is crucial in establishing a pipeline of early career talent, enhancing the employer brand on campuses, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience. You will play a key role in creating a strong campus brand and talent pool from scratch. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement a comprehensive campus hiring strategy in alignment with Dezerv's values and business requirements - Identify and prioritize target campuses, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 business schools - Create processes and assessment frameworks for campus programs - Execution & Stakeholder Management - Lead end-to-end campus recruitment activities, including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts - Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define roles, success profiles, and ensure quality hiring - Manage relationships with placement committees, faculty, and student bodies to strengthen Dezerv's presence on campus - Employer Branding & Engagement - Develop and implement engaging campus initiatives such as case competitions, hackathons, workshops, and leadership talks - Work with marketing and business leaders to create digital content and campaigns that resonate with campus talent - Utilize alumni networks to drive advocacy and engagement - Program Management - Oversee onboarding and early career programs for campus hires - Monitor and report hiring metrics, offer-to-join conversions, and program effectiveness - Continuously enhance processes based on feedback from stakeholders and candidates Qualification Required: - 6+ years of experience in campus recruitment / early careers hiring, preferably in high-growth startups or fintech - Strong understanding of business school landscapes in India - Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale hiring initiatives - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the capacity to influence senior leaders and engage students - Proficiency in project management, communication, and analytical skills - Passion for building employer brands and interacting with young talent Company Details: Dezerv is a house of investing solutions catering to high-net-worth and affluent Indians.
