Campus Hiring initiatives

Responsibilities

Design and execute the campus hiring strategy across engineering, management, and graduate colleges.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align campus recruitment plans accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, faculty, and student bodies at target institutions.
Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at campus events, career fairs, and pre-placement talks.
Plan and manage end-to-end campus drives: assessments, interviews, selections, and onboarding.
Develop and analyze campus metrics (offer-to-join ratio, diversity hiring, etc.) and continuously improve processes.
Lead a team of recruiters (if applicable), providing guidance and ensuring adherence to hiring SLAs and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with internal teams (L&D, onboarding, HRBP) to design pre-joining engagement and induction programs.
Track campus hiring budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–10 years of relevant experience in campus hiring, early talent programs, or talent acquisition.
Prior experience managing campus programs in IT, BFSI, healthcare, or product-based companies preferred.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong project management and stakeholder influencing abilities.
Data-driven mindset with experience in using ATS and Excel/Power BI for reporting.
