Role Description:
• Present & provide data, analytics on operational and financial metrics.
• Work with Operations & Delivery leaders for improving operational metrics.
• Track progress and deliver periodic reports with recommendations.
• Responsible to drive cost savings according to yearly targets.
• Lead meetings for issues, action items to get them closed (along with other teams as appropriate)
Experience & Education Background (Mandatory):
• 3 to 4 years Resource/Workforce Management experience for IT Services /ITeS (BPM/BPO/KPO) industry.
• Deep engagement with Business Stakeholders to solve business problems using Data & Analytics.
• MBA with specialization in Operations, Finance, Strategy, IT/Systems, Technology, Data Analytics.
Key Requirements:
• Ability to keep the big picture in mind.
• Ensure accurate, clear, and effective communication.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and structured thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Well-organized, adaptable with attention to detail.
