Role & responsibilities 1. Shift Operations: Oversee the day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. 2. Workforce Management: Manage the shift workforce, including machine operators and production workers, by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance. 3. Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications by conducting regular quality checks and addressing quality issues promptly. 4. Machine Operation: Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with maintenance for any major repairs or adjustments. 5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training, and maintain a safe working environment for shift workers. 6. Shift Reporting: Prepare shift reports detailing production output, quality metrics, any incidents, and shift handovers. 7. Inventory Management: Keep track of raw materials and finished goods inventory during the shift, ensuring adequate stock levels. 8. Knowledge & working experience in windows, Excel, word & ERP system. Accountability: - 1. Production Targets: Accountable for meeting production targets and ensuring ontime delivery during the assigned shift. 2. Quality Standards: Accountable for maintaining product quality and adherence to quality standards during the shift. 3. Safety Compliance: Accountable for enforcing safety practices and minimising safety incidents during the shift.

Role Description: • Present & provide data, analytics on operational and financial metrics. • Work with Operations & Delivery leaders for improving operational metrics. • Track progress and deliver periodic reports with recommendations. • Responsible to drive cost savings according to yearly targets. • Lead meetings for issues, action items to get them closed (along with other teams as appropriate) Experience & Education Background (Mandatory): • 3 to 4 years Resource/Workforce Management experience for IT Services /ITeS (BPM/BPO/KPO) industry. • Deep engagement with Business Stakeholders to solve business problems using Data & Analytics. • MBA with specialization in Operations, Finance, Strategy, IT/Systems, Technology, Data Analytics. Key Requirements: • Ability to keep the big picture in mind. • Ensure accurate, clear, and effective communication. • Excellent analytical, problem solving and structured thinking. • Proficient in Microsoft suite of office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Well-organized, adaptable with attention to detail.
