Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment across diverse sectors such as BFSI, Retail, Agriculture, and others.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and participation in industry events.
Pitch staffing, background verification (BGV), and recruitment solutions to prospective clients, highlighting value-added services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers including CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leads, and CXOs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitability and high client satisfaction.
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate closely with recruitment teams to deliver customized talent solutions.
Maintain CRM and database records to track leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline progress accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams delivery, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
