Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for business development for Enterprise Learning Solutions, focusing on driving business growth across various sectors such as Banking & Insurance, Auto, Telecom, Consumer Durable/Retail, and other high-growth sectors. Your role will involve identifying new market opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, developing compelling solutions and proposals, and nurturing long-term relationships with key client accounts. Your goal will be to meet or exceed revenue targets by executing business development plans aligned with the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business growth across various sectors by identifying new market opportunities and developing business expansion tactics. - Engage with prospective clients to create a pipeline of potential opportunities for Enterprise Learning Solutions. - Undertake consultancy with clients to identify service opportunities and enhance/cross-sell services. - Work with the Business Unit Head to develop competitive proposals and solutions. - Craft visually engaging and concise pitches customized for each prospect. - Assist in closing sales jointly with the CEO, Delivery Head, and Business Unit Head. - Nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders at key client accounts. - Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets. - Conduct market analysis to understand competition and industry trends. - Collaborate with marketing and delivery/product teams to align business development strategies with company goals. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business development for Enterprise Learning Solutions or related field. - Strong understanding of the Banking & Insurance, Auto, Telecom, Consumer Durable/Retail, and other high-growth sectors. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with prospective clients and craft compelling pitches. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets through business development strategies. - Market analysis skills to identify competition and industry trends.
