Role Overview

Lead Blockchain Data Engineer & Market Intelligence

This is a highly autonomous, equity-only role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, values open-source and cost-efficient solutions, and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Infrastructure:

  Architect and maintain DEX data ingestion pipelines across Solana-based AMMs (Raydium, Orca, Meteora, etc.)

• Wallet Tracking:

  Implement smart money wallet tracking and analytics for identifying trade flows and patterns

• Market Intelligence:

  Develop token health scoring, pool liquidity metrics, and structured insights for simulation engines

• Integration:

  Feed real-time intelligence into the ghost trading engine to improve accuracy and user trust

• Collaboration:

  Work alongside Tech Lead to ensure scalable architecture and frictionless execution

• Innovation:

  Contribute “outside the box” ideas for monetizing structured liquidity data and copy trading intelligence

What We’re Looking

• For Strong background in

  blockchain data engineering, DeFi, and structured liquidity analytics

• Hands-on experience with

  Solana ecosystem tools

  (RPCs, Serum, Raydium, Orca, Meteora)
• Solid understanding of

  DEX mechanics, liquidity pools, and arbitrage/MEV dynamics

• Ability to build

  data pipelines, APIs, and real-time analytics dashboards

• Independent, self-starter mindset with ability to

  work remotely and autonomously

• Comfortable with

  equity-only compensation

  in the early stages
