Lead - Biling specialist - GO/JC/1304/2025

Roles and Responsibilities:Conduct daily audits to verify that active customer services are accurately reflected in corresponding billing records.Detect and document discrepancies between service provisioning and billing; escalate issues as needed.Initiate billing tasks to apply new charges or remove services in line with updates from the provisioning system.Collaborate closely with provisioning teams to stay informed about service changes and ensure billing accuracy.Prepare and distribute weekly discrepancy reports, highlighting revenue variances and associated service impacts.Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and applicable regulatory requirements.Assist with month-end and quarter-end billing reconciliations to support financial accuracy and reporting.
