Lead - Bid

As a Bid Support Executive in the company, your role involves supporting the Bid Head with documentation and on-ground execution of the function. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Bid Management Head with the relevant documentation needed - Drafting responses to RFPs and RFQs, collecting relevant data from stakeholders - Liaising with the technical and finance team to ensure proper response to the bid - Conducting due diligence and reporting the same to the Bid Management Lead - Conducting initial analysis of tender requirements and identifying resourcing requirements for timely bid submission - Updating internal Company tools to record progress, flag problems, and document bids for reporting and audit purposes - Scheduling and facilitating regular bid progress meetings, documenting outcomes, actions, and issues - Driving adherence to the documented bid process including E-Bidding, E-Auctions, and Reverse Auctions - Maintaining records related to tenders such as Price Sheets, Price Comparison sheets, BG, PBG, APBG submitted, and vendor approvals - Tracking contracts with customers, contractual events, and corresponding with stakeholders - Ensuring tender adherence with respective departments like production, legal, finance, and product development Preferred Experience and Qualifications: - Prior experience in sales of software/services - B.Tech/B.E degree - 3-5 years of experience STL is a leading global optical and digital solutions company providing advanced offerings to build 5G, Rural, FTTx, Enterprise, and Data Centre networks.
