Role Overview Drive sales growth, manage key client relationships, secure vendor approvals, and ensure on-time delivery and collections. Requires frequent travel and engagement with government agencies and EPC partners. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute plans to meet revenue and profitability goals; identify new municipal and EPC opportunities. Client & EPC Management: Build and maintain relationships; lead presentations and technical discussions. Vendor Approvals: Oversee empanelment with government departments and PSUs, ensuring timely documentation. Order & Collections: Coordinate order execution, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve payment issues. Market Intelligence: Track competitors, industry trends, and upcoming projects; deliver MIS reports on pipeline and forecasts. Team Leadership: Mentor junior sales staff (where applicable). Travel: Extensive travel for client meetings, vendor registrations, and site visits. Qualifications Bachelors in Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Engineering; MBA in Sales/Marketing a plus ?10 years sales experience in water/wastewater treatment equipment or related process engineering Proven EPC and government sector track record Familiarity with municipal treatment processes and government vendor registration Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Willingness to travel extensively Compensation Competitive base salary with performance incentives, plus travel and accommodation allowances.
