Overview Lead Backend Engineer role to drive architecture, development, and team leadership for a fast-scaling SaaS product. Company Details DoubleTick is a mobile-first conversational CRM built on WhatsApp Business API, helping brands unlock marketing and sales capabilities. It supports features like team inbox, chatbots, analytics, and more. Website: https://doubletick.io/ Requirements 5+ years of backend development experience Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS Strong skills in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch Experience with Neptune and Gremlin Proven team leadership and project management skills Solid understanding of scalable backend systems Prior experience in architecture and database design Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Responsibilities Lead a team of 5-6 backend engineers Develop scalable systems using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS Manage and optimize databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB Work with Elasticsearch, Neptune, and Gremlin Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams Oversee project planning and resource management Job Details Location: Andheri, Mumbai Interview Process Screening Round Technical R1: Coding + DSA Technical R2: System Design + Architect Technical R3 Final Round with Founder Important Note ClanX is a recruitment partner, helping DoubleTick hire a Lead Backend Engineer.
