As a Lead in B2B Enterprise Sales within the Human Capital Consulting Solution Line at Aon, your primary role is to spearhead sales efforts for enterprise accounts. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position: - **Account Growth:** - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and target new enterprise prospects. - Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HR consulting services, specifically tailored to the technology sector. - Develop account growth strategies in collaboration with the sales and solutions team, focusing on technology trends. - **Mapping And Relationship Building:** - Identify and map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including relevant CXOs. - Build and maintain relationships with CXOs to understand their strategic goals and align HR solutions with their objectives. - **Strategic Planning:** - Work with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic account plans customized for the technology industry. - Define clear objectives and KPIs for technology-focused client accounts. - **Market Research:** - Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, innovations, and market developments to offer informed insights to clients. - Conduct competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities. - **Reporting And Analysis:** - Generate regular reports on client account performance and financials, focusing on key metrics. - Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of HR consulting services within various industry sectors. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills and competencies: - Excellent business communication and negotiation skills. - Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, particularly in B2B enterprise sales. - Ability to lead conversations and engage with CXO-level executives. - Experience in selling complex deals to large organizations. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. - Willingness to travel and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
