We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Associate in Supply Chain Management. As a Lead Associate in Supply Chain Management, your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that the delivery and supply chain processes are operated in a cost-effective manner to provide relevant goods and services to the end consumer. - Coordinating with inbound and outbound logistics teams to complete logistics tasks, meet service levels for key performance indicators, and facilitate the shipping of products. - Identifying and proactively addressing issues related to logistics and transportation, escalating them to client stakeholders, and driving their resolution. - Handling and resolving complex logistics and transportation issues in collaboration with client supply chain resources. - Tracking the delivery of products to end customers and providing necessary administrative support to the logistics or supply chain function of the client. - Leveraging client-provided technology tools for executing logistics and supply chain management tasks, developing reports, dashboards, and communicating data, analysis, issues, and resolution status to client stakeholders. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: - Good understanding of logistics and transportation processes, including compliance rules. - Experience in logistics and transportation processes. - Familiarity with supply chain for the hi-tech industry or technology distributor industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with client stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics providers. - Proficiency in data management, reporting, basic data analysis, and advanced MS Excel skills. - Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI and Tableau. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, handle quick-turn projects, and possess good presentation and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with SAP S2 Hana, K2.Net.
