We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

Lead Assistant Vice President

Business Consulting

Principal responsibilities

Provide analytical support to Global / Regional businesses covering Customer analytics/ Product analytics/ Portfolio analytics etc.
Strong business analysis, problem solving, project management skills and reporting skills are essential
Manage effective and enduring relationships with various stakeholders to understand, recommend and drive delivery against business agenda
Support in analyze and build new used cases and campaigns on customer journeys
Manage and work with real time data to generate decisions on prospects, features for ongoing campaigns
Manage integration of on premise solutions to the global blueprint
Knowledge in Financial services preferred
The role holder shall also be expected to guide and lead team members from a functional perspective and help them build up a strong culture of delivery and professionalism
Working with and liaising with data analytical teams across multiple functions to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using data
A degree in MBA with Bachelors in Engineering / Master s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other numerical discipline, equivalent with relevant work experience in Data related technologies
Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred
Knowledge of forecasting and statistical modelling techniques, market research and multivariate analysis tools (e.g., factor and cluster analysis, conjoint analysis etc.) is a plus
Strong programming skills and sound knowledge of Python, SQL or other equivalent analytical tools is required. Knowledge of Qlik Sense will be preferred
Ability to transform a business problem to a data problem is required
Previous experience in data commercialization will be advantageous
Conduct in depth reviews and analyzing data from reports to deliver observations, detail changes and identify the root cause
Strong track record of delivering on high value/critical projects
Effective communication, inter-personal and experience at stakeholder management with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholder, identify scope of improvement and provide efficient data driven solution
