Job Description

Puffy is looking for Head of Data Infrastructure & Analytics to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies to drive business growth.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale data systems and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Manage and maintain complex data architectures and ensure data quality and integrity.
Develop and manage budgets for data infrastructure and analytics projects.
Stay up-to- with industry trends and emerging technologies in data infrastructure and analytics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in leading data infrastructure and analytics teams.
Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
