Job Description – Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data science, statistical modeling, and cloud-based analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAS, Azure Fabric, Python, and SQL, along with excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of insurance concepts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role
• Proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL, Azure Fabric, ML
• Good to have experience on data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and analytical tools using Python, SAS, and SQL
• Leveraging Azure Fabric for scalable data processing and model deployment
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner to technical and non-technical audiences
