Primary Responsibilities

The Engineer will be responsible for the design & development and application engineering for the business. He / she will have to comply with the systems, policies and procedures within the design function and will also be responsible for goals within the Business Unit.Focus areas will be to handle Joint ventures (PP, Pharmagel and Proditec)

Key Result Areas

Design-Handling JVs and Special purpose attachments

Key Interfaces

Developing projects using engineering principles and techniques
Developing new production mechanisms
Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput.
Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing, vendors and customers
Making sure a product can be made again reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments
Recommending modifications following prototype test results
Producing details specifications and outline designs.
Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design
Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints while designing.
Preparing Bill of Material
Time, Cost & documentation control.
Secrecy in projects.
