Lead - Application Engineering, PAMS

Role Overview: As an Engineer at the Group Company, you will be responsible for the design, development, and application engineering for the business. Your primary focus will be to handle Joint ventures (PP, Pharmagel, and Proditec) while complying with the systems, policies, and procedures within the design function. Additionally, you will be accountable for achieving goals within the Business Unit. Key Responsibilities: - Developing projects using engineering principles and techniques - Developing new production mechanisms - Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety, reliability, and throughput - Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing, vendors, and customers - Ensuring products can be reliably manufactured and perform consistently in specified operating environments - Recommending modifications based on prototype test results - Producing detailed specifications and outline designs - Utilizing research, analytical, conceptual, and planning skills, including mathematical modeling and computer-aided design - Considering implications such as cost, safety, and time constraints during the design process - Preparing Bill of Material - Time, cost & documentation control - Maintaining secrecy in projects Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering or related field - Previous experience in design and development roles - Proficiency in computer-aided design software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge of cost control and documentation processes Additional Details: The Group Company emphasizes the importance of maintaining secrecy in projects and ensuring compliance with the established systems, policies, and procedures within the design function.
