The Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and application engineering for the business. You will need to comply with the systems, policies, and procedures within the design function and will also be responsible for goals within the Business Unit. Your focus areas will include handling Joint ventures (PP, Pharmagel, and Proditec). Your key responsibilities will involve designing, handling JVs, and special-purpose attachments. You will be involved in developing projects using engineering principles and techniques, developing new production mechanisms, and designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety, reliability, and throughput. You will be responsible for discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing, vendors, and customers, ensuring products can be reliably manufactured and consistently perform in specified operating environments, recommending modifications based on prototype test results, producing detailed specifications and outline designs, and utilizing research, analytical, conceptual, and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design. Your role will also involve considering implications such as cost, safety, and time constraints while designing, preparing Bill of Material, controlling time, cost, and documentation, and maintaining secrecy in projects. In summary, as an Engineer in this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and application engineering processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering on the goals of the Business Unit.,
