Strategy & Planning for Business Analysis:
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and Application/systems/ Business goals, and identify and resolve problems/ issues.
- Lead analysis for product/content experimentation, Business (Product, Monetization, Financial) data review sessions or analysis of prototyping new systems to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Identify and establish scope and data requirements/ parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
- Operational Management for Business Analytics:
- Prepare and deliver reports, financial models, business operating plans, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization / experience units.
- Create system design proposals.
- Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
- Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
- Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems. 7. Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members or other members from cross-functional teams
Product Growth & Analysis
Perform comprehensive Product data analysis:
- Analyze life stage, user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention patterns to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor A/B testing and experiments to measure the impact of changes and initiatives.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets
Develop and execute growth models:
- Design and implement user acquisition and retention models to drive organic and paid growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Identify product optimization opportunities based on user feedback and data analysis.
Monitor and report key performance metrics:
- Track and report on key growth metrics such as user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement and revenue.
- Live dashboard for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with business, product and engineering team
- Work with external partners for ensuring that the data s accuracy and usability
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices:
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging growth strategies with a special focus on AI.
- Stay abreast of new tools, methodologies, and advancements in growth analytics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field such as Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Management Consultant, Growth Analyst, business analyst, product analyst Growth Marketer, or similar role within an Android app business.,
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation and presenting the data to leadership.
- Proficiency in MS- Office Suits (Excel & PPT), SQL, Python and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficient in using analytical tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Moengage/Clevertap, Firebase, and similar platforms.
- Hands on experience with Databricks and Azure platform is a plus.
- Knowledge of business analytics and reporting, mobile app analytics, attribution, and user tracking methodologies.
- Experience with growth hacking strategies and tools to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with the Android ecosystem, app stores, and mobile app development is a plus.
- Passion for mobile technologies, apps, and staying updated on industry trends.
