Lead Analyst

You will be responsible for working on Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund Operations, including fund and financial accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, journal posting, preparation of financial statements, management fee calculations, capital calls, distribution preparation, cash reconciliation, valuation of portfolio investments, and more. You will need to ensure accurate preparation and submission of fund and investor reports within SLA, meeting TAT, and delivering error-free services. Additionally, you will work on partnership accounting applications, suggest process improvements, and aim to create a professional work environment while displaying strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: - Have a very good understanding of financial accounting and a general understanding of capital markets, banking, and Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Funds - Hands-on experience with Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Funds systems and reasonable understanding of processes such as accounting, investor reporting, capital calls, distribution, financial statements, etc. - Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, excellent written and spoken communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, pro-active attitude, and ability to work efficiently in a team - Excellent customer-facing skills, ability to build rapport with clients, escalate issues promptly for quick resolution, and maintain good phone and email etiquettes - Provide excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries, offer alternative solutions, maintain logs and records of customer queries, and process incoming calls and emails accurately - Undertake product trainings, stay updated with product features, changes, and updates, and participate in self-learning opportunities to maintain operational excellence and superior customer service levels Qualifications Required: - Very good understanding of financial accounting - General understanding of capital markets, banking, and Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Funds - Hands-on experience with Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Funds systems - Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Pro-active attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team - Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to escalate issues on time for quick resolution - Good phone and email etiquettes,
