Lead Analyst Tester

As the Lead Analyst Tester at FNZ, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality solutions from requirements capturing to production release, leading a team to ensure client requirements are met. Your role involves managing stakeholders, analyzing and testing deliverables, and providing leadership to the Analysis & Testing team. You will have expert knowledge of FNZ platform capabilities and multiple functional areas, collaborating with Solution Consultants and mentoring junior team members. Your duties also include ensuring quality, adherence to standards, and driving continuous improvement within the team. Your specific responsibilities include: - Providing leadership and support for the Analysis & Testing team, fostering continuous improvement - Prioritizing customer needs, meeting deadlines with high-quality solutions, and maximizing the value delivered - Line management for other analyst testers, defining performance reviews and objectives - Implementing process improvements and supporting recruitment efforts - Collaborating with Project/Delivery Managers to manage clients and promote delivery KPIs - Maintaining expert knowledge of the FNZ platform and educating customers on its functionality - Developing solutions in alignment with business and technical requirements, attending customer workshops, and analyzing requirements - Ensuring user stories are effective, accurate, and meet business outcomes, producing Systems artefacts - Collaborating with developers and Delivery/Project Managers to meet business requirements - Ensuring new business developments comply with procedural and regulatory requirements - Supporting defect management and root cause analysis, reviewing build artefacts, and interacting with Production Support and Investment Operations functions - Keeping up-to-date with technologies and identifying technical issues that may impact testing progress Experience required for this role includes: - Knowledge of investment/wealth/life and/or pensions products and regulatory environments - Expertise in the FNZ platform and 5+ years of experience in technology delivery in financial services/wealth market - 1st class degree or equivalent experience - Proficiency in analysis or testing roles, managing people, and working independently - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, computer, database, and SQL skills - Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Preferred knowledge and skills include experience with defect management tools, collaboration tools, and various testing tools.
