Lead Analyst

As a Lead Analyst at R1 RCM India, you will be part of the accounts receivable follow-up team in the healthcare industry. Your main responsibility will be to manage denied claims and ensure maximum reimbursement from insurance companies. You will play a crucial role in transforming the healthcare industry with innovative revenue cycle management services. - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, deliverable execution & action plans. - Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in healthcare and analytics to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team. - Post-Graduate (MBA/PGDBM) in any discipline from an educational institute. - Good problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in analytical tools like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Willingness to work from the office and operate in night shifts (6 PM onwards).
