Conduct in-depthquantitative and qualitative analysis of investment proposals.

Develop andmaintain financial models.

Performcomprehensive industry research, identify opportunities and prepare detailedreports and presentations.

Track corporateannouncements, media updates and current policies, assessing their impact on existingequities and fixed-income portfolios.

Lead team ofanalysts to ensure efficient equity research, conduct weekly meetings, assigntasks, and review performance.

Limitedcoordination on transactions related to the back office.

Provide MISreports to senior management.

Requirements CandidateProfile

CFA/CA/MBA (Finance)
Minimum 10 years of work experiencein investment research in equities with foundational skills for fixed income.
Passion for generating alpha.
Well informed about different assetclasses and macro issues, with a conceptual understanding of importanttechnical terms.
A deep interestand aptitude for analyzing financial information, strategic issues, and trendsthat affect companies, industries, and markets on a regional and global scale.
Proficient in Excel, familiar withfinancial modeling & valuation methods.
Strong in accounting and investing concepts.
To lead and guide analysts in theteam.
Good written and oral communicationskills and the ability to provide & defend an opinion with management.

Requirements

Mumbai based candidates will be preferred. (I nclination towardsones residing within 30kms of Pico office).
Candidate must mention their lastdrawn CTC.
Work from office is a must, need tocommute to the office daily. If not feasible kindly do not apply.
