Lead Analyst

Lead end-to-end UX design activities: research synthesis, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UX specifications.
Translate product requirements and user insights into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines. Create storyboards and scenarios to illustrate flows and use cases. Produce high-fidelity mockups and functional prototypes (Axure, Figma or equivalent) to validate interactions and gather stakeholder feedback. Collaborate with UI developers and engineers to ensure pixel-accurate and technically feasible implementations; provide detailed assets and guidance. Evangelize UX best practices, processes and deliverables across product, engineering and functional teams; educate stakeholders on user-centered design approaches. Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards across platforms (web, mobile, tablet). Manage multiple projects and priorities, balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking and meeting delivery deadlines. Stay current with industry trends, emerging patterns, and new tools; incorporate relevant innovations into design work. Optionally contribute motion design micro-interaction assets where applicable.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5+ years of professional UX Interaction Design experience delivering digital products. Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to prototype and design elegant UI solutions to real user problems. Expert proficiency in prototyping and design tools (Axure and/or Figma required). Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design methods. Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and composition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional audiences. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills for working in multi-disciplinary environments.Mandatory: Expertise in Interaction Design and Information Architecture. Must be an expert in prototyping tools like Figma or Axure.Nice to have: Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design.
