Lead AI Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements in development processes while developing required software features to achieve timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the entire software development cycle including requirements analysis, design and development, unit testing, and documentation - Ensure long-term code reusability and stability - Proactively identify security, usability, and other issues, and formulate strategies to resolve them - Work independently with a broader overview on the project - Take ownership for the delivery of complex application features and resolve key technical issues - Comply with estimation process and provide accurate personal estimates - Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing - Mentor new software engineers in the team - Integrate new technologies and understand and follow the release processes in the company Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in software development and project management - Proficiency in coding languages and development tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Good understanding of security and usability principles - Experience in mentoring junior team members and integrating new technologies Location: DGS India - Pune - Kharadi EON Free Zone Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent,
