Job Description

Your role and responsibilities

Architect and deliver production-grade AI agents and tools using IBM Watsonx Orchestrate.
Oversee data pipeline strategy, reliability, and compliance.
Lead technical innovation and process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Mentor and coach team members; contribute to hiring and talent development.
Ensure adherence to enterprise data platform governance and standards.

Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.

Develop and maintain a test and evaluation framework to assess performance and quality.

Design test plans and collaborate with teams to ensure robust and reliable products.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred education

Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Bachelor€™s or Master€™s degree in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on AI and data engineering.
Advanced SQL skills and expertise in data pipeline development.
Experience delivering GenAI/agentic AI solutions to production.
Strong background in platform integration and operational support.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Hands-on experience with IBM Watsonx Orchestrate.
Experience in matrixed, global environments.
Track record of aligning engineering work to measurable business outcomes.
