Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead AEM Developer with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager and be able to lead the development team.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement AEM solutions for clients.
Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying AEM applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementation.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.
Experience in leading a development team is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
