Lead AEM Developer

Role Overview: Join us as a Lead AEM Developer at Barclays, where you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of location strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Significant experience in developing solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM / CQ5). Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR). - Strong experience with middleware & microservice development using technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, Docker. - Strong Experience with the use of modern code management and CI/CD tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory. - Leads code reviews and actively participates in providing feedback on others" designs/code. - Working to the Agile methodology and tools including JIRA, Confluence (or similar). - Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support a solution. - Adopts Secure-SDLC mentality, building in secure coding practices. Qualifications Required: - Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Programming. - Collaborate with frontend developers, backend developers, and analytics teams to build solutions for the measurement of client platforms. - Knowledge of Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Launch. - Work with Digital Channels to advise on our continually evolving digital strategy. - Design and improve internal development methodologies.
