Lead Account, Solution Engineer - IT/ITES

As a Solutions Engineer at our team in India, you will play a crucial role in crafting innovative customer engagement strategies using Salesforce applications and platform. Your expertise in the Technology/ITES vertical will be instrumental in driving business outcomes through technology solutions and engaging with both Business and Technology groups at the C-level. Your specific responsibilities will include providing thought leadership on how enterprise companies can achieve customer success through digital transformation. You will excel at identifying business challenges through targeted discovery sessions, and workshops, and creating innovative solutions through out-of-the-box thinking. Collaborating with business users, you will develop solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes, and create roadmaps for partners to implement solutions effectively. You will be expected to confidently present and articulate the business value to managers and executives of all levels, deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, and demonstrate a conceptual understanding of integrating cloud applications with existing business applications. Additionally, you will lead multiple customer engagements concurrently, working as a supportive teammate who is self-motivated, flexible, and takes initiative. To excel in this role, you should have a degree or equivalent relevant experience, along with 10-16 years of confirmed experience in the Technology/ITES Vertical, specifically in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions. Your expertise in demonstrating customer engagement solutions, understanding use cases and customer journeys, and constructing business cases will be essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, outstanding presentation and demonstration abilities, and a broad understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions are also required.
