Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage
accessibility and functional testing
across web pages.
Ensure
compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
.
Design
test strategies
integrating both manual and automated testing approaches.
Utilize
BrowserStack's Accessibility features
for efficient page-level validation.
Collaborate with
development and UX teams
to triage accessibility issues and recommend remediations.
Oversee
test data preparation
,
test case management
, and
defect tracking
.
Guide and mentor a team of
10+ testers
, conducting quality reviews and providing technical leadership.
Track progress against
milestone plans
and report on
testing KPIs
.
Conduct
knowledge transfer
, documentation, and review sessions during project closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years
in software QA, with
3+ years
in accessibility testing.
Strong command of
WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines
.
Experience with tools like
BrowserStack
,
axe-core
,
Evinced
,
Equal Access
, or similar.
Hands-on experience with
accessibility testing
on web applications using tools such as
Arc Toolkit
,
keyboard navigation
,
color contrast analyzers
, and
screen readers
(e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
Experience in
automation testing
using BrowserStack or similar cloud platforms.
Proven leadership in managing
mid-to-large testing teams
.
Familiarity with
defect lifecycle tools
such as
Jira

TestRail
,
Zephyr
, or
Azure DevOps
.
