Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership: Lead UX design initiatives, including strategy development, user journey mapping, information architecture, and prototyping. Mentor and guide the design team, fostering growth and collaboration. User-Centric Research: Conduct research to identify opportunities to enhance user experience and business value. Develop user personas, profiles, and conduct design workshops to inform project strategies. Project Management: Oversee project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to maintain design quality and feasibility. Testing and Insights: Conduct usability testing and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Promote design thinking methodologies and best practices across the organization. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Design or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX or product design roles. Strong expertise in communication, user research, and storytelling. Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and rapid prototyping software. Hands-on experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and successful projects.
