Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and maintenance tasks.
• Implement preventive maintenance and shutdown plans.
• Ensure adherence to production, maintenance, and process KPIs.
• Maintain safety, HR, and contractual compliance at assigned sites.
• Coordinate manpower, tools movement, and work permit applications.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve site conflicts.
• Assist in inventory management and spare parts planning.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Skills Required:

• Experience with

  crushers, screens, slurry pumps, and filter presses

  .
• Knowledge of

  TPM, OEE, and maintenance tools

  .
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic hydraulics knowledge relevant to crushers and pumps.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  .
• Good verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle team operations.
