Lawyer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer, located in Lucknow. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing the organization in legal proceedings. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and collaborating with other departments to support various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and legal procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in representing organizations in legal proceedings
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Member of the Bar Council of India
