We are seeking a detail-oriented and research-focused Lawyer / Legal Intern to support legal documentation, compliance, and restructuring matters across family, trust, property, and corporate domains. This is a full-time, on-site engagement based in Delhi . 🔹 Key Responsibilities Drafting family settlements and HUF structuring documents Reviewing trust deeds, trustee appointments, and compliance requirements Assisting in the corporate restructuring of family-owned entities Conducting legal research on property, land, revenue, title, and probate matters Reading, analysing, and summarising court orders and government records Preparing legal chronologies, briefs, and analytical reports Organising and managing large sets of legal and archival documents Drafting internal notes, memos, and research summaries 🔹 Eligibility Applications are invited from: LLB graduates LLM students Recent law graduates Candidates must be comfortable working on complex, document-heavy matters. 🔹 Skills & Competencies Strong legal research and drafting capabilities Ability to manage layered, large-volume documentation Interest in family, trust, corporate, and property law High standards of confidentiality, precision, and accountability 🔹 Role Details Location: In-person (Delhi) Type: Full-time Duration: 4–8 weeks (extendable based on performance) Timings: Flexible, subject to project requirements Stipend: Based on qualifications and profile Certification: Issued upon successful completion
