We handle cases that often require legal guidance, documentation, evidence validation, and court-ready presentation.
We are expanding our legal team to work closely with investigators, ethical hackers, and clients.

Role Overview

A Lawyer at Heartless Security will handle legal documentation, evidence review, advisory support, and client consultation for cases involving digital evidence, cyber fraud, and online harassment.
This role includes working alongside our investigation team to ensure legal compliance and prepare materials suitable for court or law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate digital evidence collected by investigators
• Prepare legal drafts, notices, and case documentation
• Guide clients on legal options related to:
• cyber fraud
• online harassment
• domestic/matrimonial disputes
• impersonation or identity misuse
• financial & digital scams
• Coordinate with police, cyber cells & legal authorities when required
• Provide legal opinion for reports, affidavits, and evidentiary submissions
• Explain laws and rights to clients in simple language
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical legal standards
• Support investigation team by ensuring all actions follow Indian law
• Represent clients (if applicable) in court or through associate advocates
• Assist in drafting agreements, contracts, and client authorization forms

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
