Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer at Arti Dattaram & Associates located in Mumbai. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling corporate legal matters, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, IPR, labor laws, and compliance management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Expertise in Corporate Laws and Commercial Contracts Knowledge of IPR and Labour Laws Strong research and analytical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in litigation and legal advisory Legal degree from a recognized institution Membership of the Bar Council of India Show more Show less
