Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, registrations, and other commercial documents required by the company.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of executed agreements.
Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and legal counsel on legal due diligence.
Assist in preparing legal matters for courts, tribunals, arbitration, and forums.
Assist in handling pending cases, compliance requirements, and legal advisory matters.
Conduct legal research on various matters and provide inputs for decision-making.
