Laravel Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Laravel Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in Laravel framework, with proven experience in developing and managing ERP, CRM, HRM, and POS systems. You will be responsible for project architecture, development, deployment, and server management, along with team leadership and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel.
• Lead the development of complex business applications like ERP, CRM, HRM, and POS.
• Handle end-to-end project deployment, including staging, production, and server configuration.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Manage a development team, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain and manage Linux-based servers, implement backups, SSL, and performance tuning.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Laravel PHP framework.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and database design (MySQL).
• Experience in developing ERP, CRM, HRM, POS or similar business applications.
• Proficient in project deployment, version control (Git), and Linux server management.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, Vue.js/React is a plus).
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in team and client handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps tools is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway and third-party API integration.
