Minimum 1 year of strong hands-on experience in Laravel.2. Expertise in latest Laravel version and deep command over its ecosystem.3. Proven experience in deploying Laravel projects live on production servers.4. Version Control & DevOps:5. Proficiency with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.6. Sound knowledge of server-side configuration, Linux servers, and deployment tools.7. Hands-on experience integrating services like Firebase, Razorpay, OTP authentication, andChatGPT API.8. Database Mastery: Strong knowledge of MySQL, Database clustering, and experience workingwith AWS RDS / S3 Buckets.9. Code Management: Proper understanding of code versioning, branching, and rollback strategies.10. Communication & Product Understanding: Ability to clearly communicate with team membersand understand product requirements from both11. Full Deployment Lifecycle: Expertise in handling everything from project setup to deploymentincluding debugging, security, and performance optimization.Additional Qualities of a Laravel Developer:1. Writes clean, maintainable, and testable code.2. Takes ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks.3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.4. Knows how to write and maintain Laravel Artisan Commands and Queues.5. Experience with job scheduling and real-time notification systems.6. Open to learning and implementing new technologies.7.
