Language Support Specialist - Chinese

As an experienced and motivated individual, you will be joining our Operations department for a full-time position. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Processing and activating new currency trading accounts - Handling back office operations and processing transactions such as withdrawals, transfers, and deposits - Posting deposits from credit cards, wires, online checks, and bank checks - Translating documents, templates, and communicating with foreign language/English speaking clients - Performing special projects as necessary To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Fluent in English (written and verbal) - Working proficiency in Chinese - Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office. Experience with proprietary software is a plus - Previous operational/back office experience or customer service experience is advantageous - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment - Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision - Capable of maintaining confidentiality - Knowledge of other foreign languages such as Hebrew, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish is a plus You will be working Monday to Friday from our office located at SKCL Prime, Plot No-C46A, Cipet road, Fourth Floor, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, Alandur, Guindy, Chennai -032.
